About Us:

Apostle Ginny has been in ministry for more than twenty five years and is the Founder/CEO of GBMI - Ginny Butler Ministries International Church – one church in various locations.   She also founded The S.W.A.T. Team International Prayer Ministry, The S.W.A.T. IBI (Spiritual Warfare & Tactics International Bible Institute), Prophetic Sounds International Media Ministry, and the Founder/Overseer of the GBMI Elijah Company Ministerial Alliance.

GBMI currently is one Church in multiple locations in the United States, Africa and India. The Ministerial Alliance oversees numerous other churches, hundreds of Pastors, orphans and widow ministries.   The S.W.A.T. IBI is now in multiple locations with graduates of 35 Pastors who were ordained and released for ministry in January, 2011 and a second group in March, 2011.

She is a psalmist, a songwriter and has published her first book, "S.W.A.T. – Spiritual Warfare & Tactics."  The book is an exposé of the kingdom of darkness opening our eyes in the spirit to identify and destroy our true enemy and the enemy of our God and to establish and build the Kingdom of our God here and now.

The S.W.A.T. Curriculum is broadcast in Uganda on the radio and is delivered in English as well as being translated into various languages and dialects. The Foundational Curriculum and the Advanced Curriculum are being presented to pastors, leaders and local congregations through seminars in the local churches, conferences crusades and S.W.A.T. International Bible Institutes continually taught in Africa, India, the U.S.A. and reaching some of the uttermost parts of the world.

The teachings are bringing Muslims to the knowledge of Christ in areas of Kenya Africa.

Born an Italian-Jew and raised in Catholicism in New York  her childhood was abusive in every area. One night in 1981 she had an encounter with the Lord and was forever changed.

Apostle Ginny spent more than 10 years ministering to the homeless, drug addicts and prostitutes in Orlando’s drug and crime infested areas.  Her ministry also encompassed the Central Florida jails and the establishment of a Church at a Work Release Center in Orlando, Florida.  She also conducted services at the Orlando Rescue Mission, and  ministered at the Coalition for the Homeless and on the streets of Orlando singing and preaching the Word of God.

The Lord has wrought miracles, deliverance and healing through her hands.  She preaches and operates in the prophetic with an Elijah anointing upon her.

Recognizing the call of God on her life, she was sent out by Dr. Zachery Tims  to begin a new work as a Pastor. She is now transitioning her focus to build an Elijah Company and bring deliverance, healing and restoration to the church of Jesus.  To tear down the powers of hell and darkness, devour the enemies of God by walking in His authority, dominion and in the power and might of the spirit of Elijah. Building the Kingdom of God, setting the captives free and having ZERO tolerance for the devil, his kingdom and the status quo.

The Lord has given her great insight into the occult and spiritual warfare.  She participates in ongoing bible classes in this area of study at Spoken Word Ministries, Jacksonville, Florida. She also participates in ongoing studies through the internet.

The ministry is now a part of Oral Roberts University Ministers Alliance.

She is the proud mother of Beth and Billy and the grandmother of Krystina, Jared and Joshua.
